DOMESTIC VIOLENCE MAY BE CHARGED AS A FELONY

Domestic violence in Nevada may be charged as a felony under certain circumstances. Domestic violence, which is normally a misdemeanor, can be charged as a felony if:
  • The Defendant has been twice convicted of domestic violence.
  • The Defendant used a deadly weapon during the attack.
  • The victim suffered substantial bodily harm as a result of the attack.
If you are being charged with such an offense, you should contact a Las Vegas domestic violence lawyer immediately.
