Ciciliano & Associates has gained a punitive damages award of over $500,000 against Zenity Foundation, Inc. Zenity, run by Christopher and Tammy Campbell, was found by the Judge to have engaged in consumer fraud and defamation against a Florida physician. The Physician was also granted injunctive relief so that Zenity (which also operates as Physicians Alliance Group) will not be able to engage in future harassment of the physician.
